I found this knocking around...looks outstanding if you enjoy drinking heavy cream.

The principles of the Optimal Diet

The main principle of this dietary model is a marked increase in the consumption of fat, and the reduction in the consumption carbohydrate, as the energy source for the body. There are, however, strict rules on the proportion between the three main food components, protein, fat and carbohydrates, which need to be followed (with few exceptions) in order to achieve claimed benefits of the Optimal Diet.
The ideal proportion between the main food components of protein, fat and carbohydrates should be in the range of:
m m 1 : 2.5 - 3.5 : 0.5

A typical lunch...
Lunch P 20g, F 70g, C 9g, 1 : 3.5 : 0.5, 804 kcal One serving (200g) of gelatine with trotters. A good side dish to this is a spoonful of horseradish mixed with an equal amount of thick, sour cream. Follow the gelatine with one cheese pancake covered with butter (30g). Tea with lemon.

250 grams of fat a day is not enough. I suggest you drink one pound of warm lard just before bedtime. Let us know how it goes.

Wow, what a lunch; jello, sour cream, and a cheese pancake with butter on top. Let me know how that turns out, you had better start budgeting for bigger clothes...

If your diet was 100% fat, than if you are an average size man, you wouldn't gain too much weight, but you would die pretty quick.

How can a person intelligent enough to use the internet read that site and possibly think that it is anything approaching legitimate?
