Aren't those military plates?

Chinese drivers are the worst in the world. I fear for my life every single day here. The one positive is that people here have a high level of tolerance for bad driving, so you don't see too much road rage. If any of these n00bs tried driving like this in America they'd get mollywhopped.

This is so funny, and sheds so much light on the Chinese here in San Francisco. I NEVER see people litter or spit on the ground except for Chinese folks - both men and women. And the driving . . . Jesus Christ . . .

You got into a car with an Asian and were surprised that he was a bad driver? Before I was old enough to drive my friends mother (Korean) used to drive us to track practice on Saturday mornings. She really fit the stereotype well.
