Which treatment did you get? Mine are the "textured leather," which from pictures looks like it might be really different from the other polished and suede versions....maybe?

yeah, i've been saying this since i saw them in store. The styling is really nice, but either the treatment does something to fuck with the leather or it was never nice to begin with. It'd be interesting to see how well they last, they might soften up a bit.

Yup, I've been wearing them all winter, so I'll track how they hold up...but I honestly don't have very high hopes. It's to say they're straight up not worth it, but people ought to know what they're getting into.

did you get a topy sole protector? i wouldnt wear leather soled fashion boots in the snow.

Hm granted I haven't worn mine a significant amount (boots tend to look retarded w/ scrubs lol), but I never got any sort of "hard" leather impression on mine. I don't think the quality is really high, but my boots' (pretty distressed) leather came pretty thin and soft/floppy. They're really comfortable.
