It's a bit roomy but not uncomfortably so. I can wear thicker socks if needed but overall it fits well. A 41.5 might be perfect but a 41 is too tight for me. Keep in mind, I have wide feet so it helps to size up sometimes.

^that's what I figured. I'm a 43 in MMM and they're all out, I'd take a stab at the 42 because I have heard they're spacious but I don't know...

These Rafs seems to be hiding at Yoox, can't seem to find them unless I search through Shopstyle.com.

The site does that with quite a few new items when you search by selecting the designer from the side bar- I just search from the search box (upper right, select season), you see everything that way.
