here was a post a made a long time ago (December 30th, 2009) about the same problem

Couldn't you just get some white paint and paint the soles? They'll be "custom" and "arty" after that....

Yoox gets their stuff from other online stores, either that or they are affiliated with them. Last time I bought a pair of shoes from Yoox, the box was filled with papers from another webstore. No wonder my order took a while to get to me since they had to get it from Europe, the store that had my order in stock, and then send it to me after they receive them. So I always assumed Yoox sells whatever is leftover or returns from other stores, some are probably B-grade products as well.

Would kop if I weren't broke for the moment, new sneakers are in order for me. The black mids are nice, but the tan color looks a lot different from the earlier pictures that were floating around the internet. Not sure I like they way they turned out. Has anyone seen them in person?

Yeah I don't know what happened there either with the tan ones, but imo they look god awful. Reminds me of the shoes I saw at the Holocaust museum.
