Interesting, I didnt think they were particularly heavy. In fact, on foot they feel exceptionally light.

How do you handle the laces? Mine fit snug if i tie them loosely, so i just try to lay the bow flat so it fits underneath the zip panel, but its a bit awkward. Perhaps the fit is a bit different on mine since the panel is leather, not elastic.

I agree 100% about them working with wider leg pants. Thanks for sharing pics. I think they are beautiful. My only concern about keeping them was the price - bit higher than I wanted to pay (little north of $400) but I havent seen any other pairs in my size.

Are yours also made in Portugal?

Yep, made in Portufal. Mine are very heavy, almost the same weight as a pair of leather boots somehow.

re: the lacing, I swapped the thick Lanvin laces for some narrow Nike laces from a pair of flyknits, tied them once in a single loose knot and then ran the lace ends under a thin insole. Laceless it just felt a bit too loose and with the original Lanvin laces done up properly you could see them protruding from underneath the Nylon cover, it looked off. The heaviest and most finnicky sneaker I have; but I really enjoy them anyway.

Wow, K-Swiss...used to wear that in high school, probably the GOAT white shoes in high school of first early 2000's

Anybody have any experience with Delicate Run?

Here's the link: http://www.delicaterun.com/shop.html

It seems like it's only a small operation, but I think there's something unique about the silhouette.

The materials range from unique to simple, but the quality seems to be there.

I purchased 3 pairs, but have yet to break them into my daily rotation.

I'm just curious if anybody has heard of this company, or have any direct experience.
