Those shoes should only be worn with this expression

The expression you get after walking out of the store and realizing what you just bought.

I just finished cleaning them up, even though they're pretty much brand new (they still had the tag on the insole), and I have to say...

My Margiela high tops are making noise when I wear them. It's leather on leather noises from the tongue rubbing on the leather lining under the lace eyelets.

The S/S 12 high tops I had did the same thing; Is this normal for MMM high tops or something lol? Would a good leather conditioner help?

Mine are also very squeaky; that and the newer hard soles are loud on anything but carpet floors, kind of sounds like I'm wearing boots. I don't really mind but I'm hoping that it gets better as they get broken in a little more.

Oh cool, I was thinking it was just me or something lol! I think cleaning them could have made them noisier though.

I''m going to get a leather conditioner and see if that helps; anybody have any recommendations for a good leather conditioner that I can buy in-store?

I have the Suede CP Lows.. They got a little wet, and I was wondering how can I "freshen up" the suede or restore it back to how I received it.. Any tips?

Basically my problem is, some spots are darker than others because of moisture.. Would the suede brush blend the darker areas in?

Dampen the remainder of the upper that is lighter in color. Then once you dry them, hit them with a suede brush. It should even out the color tone, however, they probably won't go back to the original shade, they'll end up a little darker overall.
