At least for the captoes, the 10UK are about the same width if not a tad narrower than an achilles in 45... But it's less forgiving because of the stitch where the patent meets the suede. If your pinky toe is smushed still in a 45 Cp you may want to go up.

Thanks for the response! How does the length compare between the CP45 and Lanvin 10UK? my pinky toe doesn't get smashed in the 45 but the 45 is a little long for my foot.

Not gats, but for a clean sneaker made of that paper-ish material, you could check out Religion. Saw them while in London, seemed like pretty good quality for the price and the shape was nice too

Maybe like 0.5 cm longer than a 44 Cp. Can't quantify diff from 45 haven't measured but a bit shorter. Probably between 44 and 45 Cp.

The paper gats were leather with paper applique on it that peeled off. They were super awesome and probably my favorite. You can't see it in this photo but the glue leaves some really cool white blotches/texture
