Every time I hear there's a new Rick sneaker, I picture Dr. Evil going, An eeeee-vil sneaker?

Geobaskets and Dunks are great and all, but there's no denying they're put out season after season because of their commercial appeal

"It's like people only do these things because they can get paid. And that's just really sad."

Haha. Great stuff guys.

Anyone know where to check out Ann D sneakers in NYC? I'm assuming Barneys, anywhere else for a broader selection?

Any chance there's anyone here that has a size 41 in the white balenciaga pleated and wants to trade for a 42?

Got my SLP lows thinking I would have good length on my shoelaces as seen here:

I didn't realize SirGrotius has smaller feet so the laces came out like this:

Size: 43 (Click to show)

I wasn't feeling it and if I went one eyelet less, the tongue would look even longer than it already is.  Thankfully, the flat waxed shoelaces I have are a little longer.  I had my good friend take some flicks with them here:

Ahh so much better.  I have a grip of the white laces if anyone is interested.

They really did seem somehow sleeker in other media but they really just look like stan smiths there, unfortunately.

Yeah, it do.  I would have opted for them, but the sole makes the entire shoe look too chunky for me.

Yeah but if he didn't whore it out ppl would be complaining all the time. "Why can't Rick put out sneakers like he used to"

Picked up the gray pleated low balenciagas at Barney's. They were sold out of white and black and I couldn't resist when trying on. The leather and suede is very nice. Ill post some fit pics this week. Oh the profile is the same as the other multi-panel Bals not Arenas.

received balenciaga highs from barney's pre-order earlier this week. i re-did the lower bar lacing and changed the upper lacing to normal cross style. it was a pain to loosen up the upper bar lacing enough to get my foot inside. bar lacing on the top does look good though, it's just not practical.

i'll try to take a fit pic later this weekend or next week. some pics after unboxing:

the construction and quality are both excellent. really comfy too. sizing down one from my GAT size was spot on.
