You're reading too much in my comment. It was just a joke about the thread title - since these have a 3 handle price, they're "barely baller" compared to a $800+ sneaker. That's all.

I believe the sequinned/beaded Lanvin stuff that's hand sewn by virgin unicorn centauresses goes for >1000 but I could be wrong. What's the price of the Augustas?

RO and DBSS retail for over $1k. Some Ann D hi's are about $1k too.

^ Which DBSS sneakers are 1k I've never seen them that high? I believe Augusta sneakers hit just above 1k.

Wrong ! Those are one of the worst sneakers CP has ever made ( especially in highly contrasting colors such as white/black ). Truth be told, I even thought they belong to some brand new "CP Junior" collection or something, until I realized that they're actually available in adult sizes... (0)

Thank you for your thoughts and realizations. Please do share what you were thinking when you bought this:

Nah, I think they're only around $600.

Really, my fault. I thought those retailed higher.

I didn't bought this, my miffy and slightly oversensitive friend. It was a gift from Dressspace/Vulpinari ( they own Nicolas & Mark ) about 1 year ago, isn't really my style ( a blond German obviously isn't exactly a 'goth ninja' par excellence ) and is hence up on sale. I have to admit that I'd choose the N&M shirt over those CPs if I was forced to draw a decision though. Maybe you should refrain from posting in this thread if you're only fishing for compliments, can't deal with criticism/different opinions and get all worked up about it...

You're a funny little guy.

Thanks for the explanation.

Closer to 450.

I've read through this thread a lot but I am hoping someone can reaffirm my question: So in general regards to the sizing of Lanvin sneakers, the overall consensus seems to be that they run large, correct? If I wear a 45 in Common Projects and a 45 in Margiela sneakers, does that mean I need a 44 for the Lanvin sneakers, or should I stick with a 45? If it helps I would likely be getting a pair of the low tops. Many thanks for any insights.

^^ Yes. Lanvin runs a bit large. I wear a 41 in CPs which at the beginning was uncomfortably tight. After stretch, its now perfect. I'm a 7uk for Lanvin and it fits like a glove. The toebox on Lanvin is wider than my CPs. Good luck! Lanvin is bomb!

What does SF think of the achilles raw?

I think the silhouette looks better without the ankle padding, plus I like the leather thong laces.

Love these. I agree, silhouette is a lot nicer. Debating on whether to get them or not..
