blue pleated's look ok, but what material are they using? suede / leather? this looks significantly worse in quality than the last season. Hope these are just samples.

They should just go back to dipping or just painting the whole shoe or just used different color/materials for the panels instead of painting the panels a different color.

These actually look nice compared to the other shitty ripoffs.  Then again, I really like the MMM version...

 

I've seen some decently bad actual fakes/ripoffs of the velcros in Shanghai too (over the summer)

I do not remember seeing velcro hi's from the previews I've seen here and there but then again I don't remember seeing the velcro hi's that came out this season either.


German Army Trainers were / ?are made by Addidas, so its sorta funny that MMM / DH ripped off them and now people are complaining that MMM got ripped by Addidas laugh.gif

I always found that MMM ripped Adidas funny and now they are hot in some sub-cultures.

Since we're talking about the velcros anyways, anybody know if the sizing is any different on those as opposed to the normal Hi's?  Basically 42 still = ~9-9.5 in other normal shoes, ~9 in stuff like boots

everyone ripped off the german army trainers from actual german army trainers. afaik the authentic ones were the ones being sold for about $70 by zeemon or someone by proxy.

Ive owned two pair, they arent bad, would kop again if I could get newer pairs, the soles just come off.
