Crashdummy, can't really say. It depends on the shape of his foot and how coherent the sizes are when they go up. But for 44-45 I think those should be at least wearable.

I was never totally sold on ROs, but then with pics like this it´s hard not to see the awesomeness... Still, I think my KVA have a similar feel to those, being hightops, black and white, with perforated toe box, large tongue sticking out. Main difference stems from the absence of crazy laces and being side zips instead of back zips. At least aesthetic´s wise I find them similar. No clue on the fit though.

the main difference is in the leather and disintegrating sole

New soles are totally fine; hasn't been terrible since the original, stapled dunks
