Yikes - Want some 43's? I dunno bout that, man. I bought some thinking the same thng and then it turned out that I almost never wear them. They're pretty cool shoes, but they don't "play well with others." At least, not nearly as much as I thought I would. ut maybe your office dress code is more forgiving?

it's in that wresting shoe vibe like those Margielas except that rubber sole almost looks kinda ballarina slipper-esque. personally they're not my taste...

Yeah, I have a pair of those, picked up during the last Mr. Porter-o-rama. I'm pretty sure they're the same as the pair pictured, basically a very-slightly-off-white.

Not sure what people are saying about being plastic on the top...mine are more like a fine nubuck with a regular leather lining. The only difference is that the places that are seams on the normal ones are just embossed on these, which gives them a slightly cleaner, less busy look.
