black highs look ok, remind me of some mcqueens. The gold gats are cool but probably impossible to pull off. Not sure how to describe it, but I feel that with all bright metallic sneakers the wearer could appear awesome in passing...but appear clownish/goonish if standing next to you for awhile. Maybe it's because the shock value wears off and I realize how ridiculously loud and eye catching (even try-hard?) they are. Maybe I feel this way only when i sense a lack of swag...

Thats the reason I have a lot of love for Margiela it caters to my simple clean way of dressing with cuts and fabrics that I can't readily find with other brands I buy from. Of course if I don't like a piece I won't call it shit just that I don't like it, there are many Margiela pieces I don't like. The quality has been great on the ones I've bought so I don't understand the hate but that's been stated many times before
