I've got the raf velco highs. they fit like cp achilles , i wear 45 in both

From my experience, they might work for you. Size 40 CP Achilles fit me perfectly but my Astros and Vandals fit a little small because they have a really thick insole so I had to get smaller ones.
I don't know how velcros compare, and my comparisons might not apply the same way at size 45.
