Brown? Think it's more of a burnt orange. Resisting temptation to grab those as I am 100% sure they won't get much use in my wardrobe frown.gif.

LN-CC made some very good buys from the AW11 Ann collection for sure. Tried on some of the Ann stuff when I was in the States was so close to getting the soft leather jacket. Felt so niiiiiiice drool.gif

RFX, you're in luck! Slightly different materials and some brown tones but it's got the clear sole.

Yea, I agree on both counts. I was just happy to see them actually update the website, it had been years. Would definitely love it if they include menswear though.

Where'd you find this? Wish JV'd chop off the heel, and add a bit of contrast. It'd be awesome if they made their new limited edition sneaker with converse a staple.... but it's limited edition, so fat chance of that ever happening. Goodyear welting sneakers isn't new though - I think Feit goodyear welts everything they sell. It's just a matter of finding a pair that you like.

I was just at the JV store, and these don't feel like sneakers at all. They have a stiff leather sole and a couple lugs for traction. They are like a sneaker boot hybrid and fail at that. They'd be awesome sneaks if they had a rubber sole and no heel. They were something like $675 as well.

Here's JV USAs sneakers, first one doesn't look bad for that old/distressed look, some hybrid of sneakers/boots from the depression era of sorts. It might also have a goodyear welt or made to look like it does? Second one looks like shit with the crepe sole.
