But yea, in boston there are i think 4 channels that play office reruns. And 2 of them are on the same timline and play the same episodes. There are probably (not exaggerating) 8-12 episodes a day on

Has 30 Rock been syndicated yet? I've come to realize that it is by far the superior show and would rather watch that late at night rather than the awkward-fest that is The Office.

It hasn't. The office has an extra season or two though. Also, the people behind the show might be doing that on purpose. It just doesn't work with only 5-6seasons of the office and minus 1 because you can't do the brand new season. They did the same with Scrubs which i didn't mind in small once a week doses but they started syndicating as soon as they finished season3. That 70s show which wasn't very funny also did the same thing. I think there needs to be a new TV law that either requires a show to have at least 4finished seasons or at least a limit how many times a week it can be shown. I love seinfeld reruns but they're one 6times a day here. At least in gainesville it was only once a day and manageable. Also, i'm angry that they play nothing but 2004+ simpsons episodes here

Amen! Actually, it was traditionally 100 episodes; short of that, a series wasn't really considered "syndicatable" (is that a word?) because people would get bored too quickly. However, I suppose if a show is a really big hit and will probably continue for multiple seasons, they'll begin before that.

I wonder if Max Weinberg will be part of the team going to TBS. The rest of the band is on tour with Conan now, but not Max. There was also a rumor that Max was in discussions with Leno's people about replacing Kevin Eubanks, but this morning's announcement by NBC about Kevin's replacement nixes that. http://www.movieline.com/2010/04/ton...x-weinberg.php

If you could train a potato to play guitar, it would be a suitable replacement for Kevin Eubanks.

I love Conan. The Olde Time Baseball Skit has to be one of the best in all history. Apple picking with Mr. T was top notch as well. He was fantastic on "Inside The Actor's Studio". I was so sad to see him subdued and stifled at The Tonight Show; hoping he kicks ass once again on TBS.

TBS is definitely doing more original programming, "My Boys" among others, so Conan makes some sense.
