Wow. I'm surprised by the outcome. Good to persevere.

In the Monte Carlo casino one night at the blackjack table the dealer purposely took my money on a push/tie. For a split second I was surprised. Then I silently glared at him, making it a point not to say anything out loud. He caught my glare and returned my money in a casual flash of his hand. Nobody else had a clue what had happened, but he was clearly trying to take in a few extra $ for the house.
