Yes the offending perpetrator is still calling me by the incorrect name. I would say about 80% of the time.
It does still bother me quite a bit, I guess by now I am used to it.. I know that's not the best thing to say but I feel its reality. In May my gf will be graduating with her MBA and hopefully will land a job fairly soon (I'm trying to be optimistic). If things have not gotten any better I plan on taking corrective action. The way things are going right now, we would be up shit creek if I was to lose my job. With the gf (hopefully) gaining employment, it should provide a back-up in case things went south. I also think it might be time to move on anyway. I spend an ungodly amount of time perusing the internet to make the time go by.
