Puttanesca is the shit man. It's spicy, it's salty, it's tangy, and only takes 15 minutes to cook. Just chop garlic, onions, and anchovies and sautee them in oil. Add peppers, black olive, capers, and diced tomato and let it simmer for 15 minutes. It's perfect.
