Noob/bulking

Okay, I don't know shit about supplements or bulking up. The only thing I'm taking right now is a multi-supplement from GNC (although I'm planning on getting a diff. one after reading iodine makes you break out), fish oil, extra vit. c (I smoke) and I was taking extra zinc but it made me sick so I stopped.

I'm 5'8 135-140 lbs and want to put on about 10-15 by mid-summer. I don't have a lot of money for supplements but where should I start? What's the best whey protein to get? Is that what I should add if I'm on a limited budget?

Thanks

forget supps man, if your truly a noob your wassting cash. Beginner gains are great....

If you want to get BIG you gotta eat BIG.

Lots of meat. Protein. Carbs. Try to cut out all the crap but its no lie, you cant get muscle if you dont feed them. I see guys at the gym all the time who never get bigger cuase their diets are crap.

Dont rely on proetin shakes tooo much either. That should be a quick supply (At work during a break, post workout). you will gain some fat in this process but dont despair, that is why we have cut cycle too.

So in the mean time, pack on 20 pounds and stop smoking

I've come across this a couple times in the threads, so this stuff's good huh? Will pick up.

Well, I'm not completely a noob. I used to lift but I only took GNC whey and got sorta' lazy and the next thing I knew I have photos on fb with chipmunk cheeks. I'll have to keep up on it this time. I eat loats of meat, tuna, and everything so shouldn't be a problem. I just get lazy with the workouts, but not like Conne lazy. I've peeped the thread a couple times for entertainment purposes, poor thing. Yeah, I want to look like Daniel Craig by fall. That's probably an unrealistic expectation. I'm not going to quit smoking, not now at least, my life is a big ball of stress.

its no different than any other, it just tastes pretty good for protein and its cheap, so there you go.

If you arent 100% dedicated then dont waste your money on supps that will go bad or not work. Id make sure you get 3 months into it and make it a lifestyle routine instead of a chore instead of dropping mad cash on shit.

Let's hope OP is not lactose intolerant...
I drink lactose-free milk, 1-2 liters a day.
