Bought a navy blazer today at $599. Yay, I'm excited. I saw them on sale online at $799 with additional 25% off yesterday. Called the customer service to locate my size in a B&M store (my size 38S was certainly not among the most popular sizes but I guess RL tends to manufacure only a small batch of this size). Luckily, my local store carried it in my size, but they "don't match the online price because they are two different systems". After some persuasion, the SA answering my call went to ask the manager. 2 hours later, they called me back and decided to honor the online price.
