Sounds like you are at Rosslyn. I know nothing about living in NoVa. But I do know that living near a metro between Ballston and Rosslyn is pretty expensive. You could look into a grouphouse in Georgetown and walk across teh Key bridge to work. Capitol Hill is relatively cheap and you could take the Orange Line to Rosslyn to work (there's little crowding going that direction on the train as everyone wants to go into DC).

Ya, definitely take that back...Chantilly is too redneckish for me...matter of fact, so is most of ffx county. The only place where it matters most is DC and even Arlington, and from Clarendon into the city, not Ballston and before....

It's more metropolitan than urban...better than DC imo
