If over 50 lbs overweight, cut all sugary drinks (soda, juice, all drinks with calories).

If over 20 lbs overweight, follow above, and add moderate cardio 3x a week.

If 10 lbs overweight, follow above and eat at a calorie deficit. If progress slows, google "EC stack".

Buy a few boxes of matzoh and follow a Passover diet for a month (in summary: no bread other than the matzoh, no pasta, no pizza, no cookies, cakes or any baked product unless made with matzoh meal/flour, no meat unless it's kosher - which means you'll end up eating a lot of fish, no beer). Every year, 1 week of passover = 2-4 lbs loss for me so a month should do the trick

10 sets of 250000 crunches will burn 10 pounds of fat. Or you could break it in to 100 crunches per day for 70 years.

I lost about 10 lbsin the last two months. All I did was join a gym (cardio 3-4x a week), eat less ice cream and chocolate, and generally refrain from eating late at night. I've also been on a vegetarian diet for the last 30 days, but I think that has only slowed down my weight loss, if anything. Joining the gym was the best thing I've done in a long time.
