Just try to limit all the day's calories to right before a M4M meetup or colonic.

I like to steam a nice organic skinless chicken breast, then throw it out, to up the lean protein content of what I don't eat.

Then, I hit the Ab Roller® medium hard for a sustained fat burning aerobic workout. I like this because it targets fat burning in the glutes and index fingers.

If you are hardcore exercise 15 minutes every hour for 9 hours a day, every other day for a week. While eating healthy.

Or have sex on a treadmill 3 times a day.

Calories in vs. Calories out, broski. Simple equation. Eat 500 less calories a day (cut the soft drinks, cheese, other empty calories), work in some healthier foods (NO FAST FOOD) and work out. Jogging for 30 minutes will easily burn 500 calories. BAM. Thats a 1000 calorie swing. Generally speaking, about 3500 calories are in a pound. Simple math tells me that in just over a month, following the in vs. out theory, you can lose 10 pounds. BTW: Where in the lbc you at?

Don't aim to loose as much weight in the quickest time.... try maybe for 1 lb per week.

Don't over-eat (obviously).

Drink water if you feel hungry... this will make you feel full.

Go for some brisk walks to take your mind off wanting to eat something extra.
And when you get back, think how much better you feel from that walk, and don't be tempted to reward yourself with food as a treat.

Water first thing in the morning.Before anything else,even before brushing ur teeth.It will increase your metabolism.
