Trim your fucking ear hairs (a daily reminder to myself).

Run sprints at least twice a week (hgh). Do squats or full Olympic lifts often (testosterone).

Stay in top physical condition.

Don't dye your hair to cover the grey, unless you want to look like a middle aged gay man.

Never fuck with anabolic steroids, unless you think baldness looks youthful.

I have some tips in this department that I have found very effective: Don't under any circumstances ever work, don't take too many responsibilities or participate overly much in adult society or society at all- that's quite lethal, don't 'grow up', spend some time with younger people (e.g. inscribe yourself at university again but don't overdo it cause even younger people often carry the death-stain, already- be lightly and unforcèdly misanthropic, be positive and self-ironic), don't smoke- or for purely aesthetic reasons only, do not do too much sports (else your skin will start to look leathery), party hard from time to time and have fun but don't drink daily (or too often), lots of fresh air and intellectual activity is good also thinking is good but not too much (learning languages or the leisurely, self-forgotten reading of philosophy and poetry in front of a nice BG like the northern sea with fjords and icebergs in summer or the Alps, or Italy in winter is ideal- daydream, imagine, let your thoughts drift a lot); sparse Taoist practices also help, for inspiration read Zhuangzi, Laozi, Liezi, Huainanzi and the Baopuzi by Ge Hong. Good luck and see you in 400 yrs!

Here I write some Tips for Men to Look Younger.

You can use always sunscreen lotion. The ultraviolet ray is the most damaging thing to your skin,so protect yourself.

You can maintain brows, to keep your brow neat and trimmed, mostly between the eyes.n the eyes!

Remove Nose and ear hair regularly. It is reality for men as per they age, but hair starts move out from unwanted places, so you will want to keep that nose and ear hair in check.

Always waking in early in the morning. Waking is better than the exercise.

A good haircut that leaves your hair looking fuller, combine this with good shampoo/conditioner and a product that leaves your hair feeling natural and not stiff.

Do you need to look younger?

Do you look old for your age?

If not, then what's wrong with looking your age?

Granted eternal youth is sought after, but if you can't fight back the wrinkles, then just accept yourself for what you are.

You could always try and make the most of what you've got, and go for the "distinguished" look.
Try looking for well groomed people your age, and see if there's any style tips you can pick up.

Might even help you pull a younger woman.... you've heard the saying "you're only as old as the woman you feel"?

As time goes on, your value in society goes up. You start as a disposable sperm-farm and eventually end up valued. That is because implicit in your ability to survive until you're at least 30 or 40 is your fitness as a source of offspring and what you can give to others based on your work and experience. You remain valuable, as do females, for what you can do for others. Human beings are ruthless exploiters of their own kind and this has not changed in millenia, though how this manifests does vary here and there. As women age, their value declines. That is because, as you may have guessed based on item 1, it's all about reproductive/sexual potential. As theirs wanes, their power does to; as yours waxes, your power also waxes. That is why a bubbleheaded fool like, oh, say, Paris Hilton, commands headline attention while her equally-vapid and stylish mother does not. So as you get older, life gets better for you in terms of your place in society. But in other ways, it may get worse. Likewise for women as they age, their value declines but in some ways, life gets better.
You should embrace your older ages.
