Who makes the best cookies online? I want to send some as a gift...preferably sugar cookies no chocolate...

I dont really know of a place that is great for this besides etsy. Just search for what you want and find a picture of something that looks good. I bought some brownie off there once that was better than sex and am sure you can find some ridiculous sugar cookies that some seller is making there.

I once would have said Carol's Cookies - but I swear they added a lot more sugar to them making them unbalanced.

I'd go with Matt's Cookies.

they have nuts/chocolate in them but levain makes the most delicious cookies in the world. I haven't tried all the cookies in the world, but these are 1/4lb mounds of gooey, perfectly undercooked, delicious.

Downtown cookie co. cookies are pretty decent and deliver although they don't have sugar cookies they have peanut butter and ginger snap.
