Best shopping in Europe

I live in a relatively small country in Europe so for finding good sartorial sex I always need to go abroad. Therefore I was thinking which city has the best selection of stuff. If I needed to find a large variety of sexy sunglasses, shirts, pants, shoes etc where should I go? Doesn't necessarily have to be professional attire, but also more smart casual and laidback clothing.

I guess this could be a shortlist:

Paris
London
Milan
Rome
(Florence)
(Barcelona)
(Berlin/Munich)
(Stockholm)

At this point you could get almost everything you need in any of those cities.
