Lighter grey pantas. Ignore the jacket was trying on something at a trunk show.

Panta's still going strong.  Happy to confirm that Ed's super easy to work with, the turnaround from my first "I'd like some of these--can you do it?" PM to delivery was under a month, and the price/quality ratio is unfathomable.

Those are great.

Ed is the best.  Pretty sure my last 6 pairs are from him.  Having a jacket made right now and pretty sure I'm going to make it into a suit with Ed doing the trousers...hard not to at his price and quality.

@edmorel, are you going to Proper Kit again?  Slim chance I might make it out there.

I agree, with all the statements above. I have no reason to look elsewhere, Ed is one of the best. Easy to work with, able to find flaws quickly and adjust them. I cant wait for my cashmere jacket from him. I just got the basted fitting and Ed is making adjustments and I cant wait to see the final product!

How does the process work?

Is it online MTM?

Is it a standard pattern and you just select fabric?

Lots of ways to do it.  If you're in NYC, you can contact Ed and get him to measure you.  You can also purchase pants in standard sizes and patterns, and Ed provides plenty of measurements to get a sense of your best fit.  Or, you can do what I did--send Ed your best fitting pants, and he will copy them in the fabrics you select.

Looks like the same cream Scabal wool/mohair I got.

Damn, been looking for a casual chino in a cream or off white pant (cotton or canvas or cotton blend ideally)

I could be wrong, but that's what it looks like.

Both of mine are 290g Fox Flannel--cricket white and mid-gray from the Worsted Flannel book:

Wool/mohair sounds good for the summer, though.  May need to look into that.

@venividivicibj Ed used to carry a pretty sweet cream cotton trouser as stock.  I'm sure he could hook you up with no trouble.

How much do trousers usually run around?

Depends what level you want. MTO/bespoke, cost of fabric etc

Mine usually ~300

Currently working with Ed on my first pair of Panta trousers. I was like, "Ed, I need something that goes great with a wife beater; what do you recommend?" He suggested a S/S cotton gabardine, which I believe he said was from Zenga. I sent him a pair of my best fitting pants, asked for a few tweaks to the measurements and details, and he did an MTO pair off the base size 32.

Per his and @Murlsquirl's request, here it is, spoilered, because...

Warning: teh hawt (Click to show)

We're going to make a small adjustment to the waist before starting a pair of flannels but I'm really happy with 'em. Especially given the cross-country transaction without ever meeting in person.
