Pretty sure thy are 11oz...not heavy at all. Really soft hand for a tweed. Pretty awesome.

Nope. Same cloth as the ones that were offered in the heritage fit, but these are MTM from the signature cut.

well, the crotch fits well uhoh.gifbiggrin.gif

the difference in fit between the two is not that big, the upper block on the Heritage is a bit bigger (seat/rise) since they are cut to be worn higher on your waist, through the leg, the Heritage may be 1/4-1/2 inch slimmer. The significant difference is that the Heritage is made to be a made to measure model, meaning that it can be cut to fit any measurements and we can do any waist style. So you order a pair and it fits/doesn't fit/you want to make changes, pretty much anything can be done. The Signature, if it fits you like it does Murl, then you can just pick out fabrics, tell me your exact waist and your inseam and you're done. If they don't fit, there aren't really any changes we can make.

Crotch fit is superb smile.gif

I'm pretty lucky with the signature fit. They fit me so damn good that I plan on replacing everything I have that isn't up to par with something similar from Ed. I wore these today...my first pair with the waist/inseam mods

More ties please, Ed!

And a 9cm option please!

Or perhaps make 9cm the standard!

Donkey twill. Ed makes great pents.

These were the first pair Ed put together for me, a Zenga cashco if I remember correctly in a nice dark burgundy. Hooked ever since and waiting for another pair any day now.

Damn right he does--and that's a great fit.  Ed's pumpkin madder tie would complement it perfectly, in fact.

Thanks! Pumpkin is a bit too orange for me, but a rust tie is on the list of accessories for that jacket, for sure.
