In Hong Kong and probably some other Chinese places there are some places that sell Beef innards and you can get them in a little styrofoam bowl and it taste pretty good. Nothing is really that offending to me so you probably just don't know how to cook it. To be honest really couldn't tell anything apart in that mess of innards and most of it is just texture. Ok I just googled beef kidney and now I know what it is when asians prepare it.
