getting rid of swollen red mark (ingrown hair)

Apologies in advance for the gross subject.

Long story short, I had an ingrown hair on my face, right between my brows.
Surprisingly painful, was getting my hair cut and my barber expunged it for me.
Now I have an unsightly red mark there.

What can and should I do now to speed up the healing and get rid of the red mark.
I've been putting triple antibiotic on it.

Has the wound healed or is it still oozing? If oozing, apply some facial clay (you can get it at the drugstore) and apply it directly to the spot. As it dries it removes the moisture from the wound. Works really well. Should take the better part of a day. Then apply zinc oxide creme until completely healed.
