Going to London this Summer

If all goes according to plan, I'll be heading to London this summer for about 9 days. Any ideas on things that I absolutely have to see?

So far I've got this:
Wigmore Hall
Windsor Castle
London Symphony Orchestra @ Barbican Hall (Rachmaninov Piano Concert No. 3)
Savile Row
Royal Conservatory of Music (my piano teacher went there for a year and still has connections)
Stonehenge
Various Museums

Any other ideas?

Depending on when you're there, catch a football (soccer) match (game). If you're in London your best options are Tottenham, Arsenal, Chelsea, Fulham, and West Ham. Tottenham, Arsenal, and Chelsea will all be very expensive, and possibly difficult to acquire, depending on the opponent. West Ham play some absolutely dreadful stuff, so your best bet is going to be Fulham.

Craven Cottage is a nice ground, from what I've told, with a great atmosphere. Plus you'll be able to check out "Captain America" Clint Dempsey, and if you're lucky he'll score one just like he did this past week against Juventus. Even if you're not a soccer fan if you're already in London you should check it out. It's a once in a lifetime type of experience, very different from any American football or soccer or basketball game you've ever been to.

Since you're a musician, check out the smaller halls. Wigmore, for example, or St Johns Smith Square, and some of the satellite halls on the South Bank. If you have a contact at the Conservatory you should get some decent leads on what's playing.

Consider also a day trip to Cambridge or Oxford.

With Stonehenge and Windsor on your possible itinerary, it looks like you're prepared to travel outside London, so if you fancy a break from the big smoke, I'd suggest a visit to a riverside town like Henley-on-Thames, which can be beautiful in the sunshine (hot weather is forecast for the UK this summer).

Henley is about an hour by train from London, but avoid 27th June - 4th July, which is Royal Regatta week and very busy indeed.
