Im not sure how many people have watched this documentary but this one made me realize how greedy people are. It made me so pissed. So has anyone else seen this? I highly recommended it especially if you are an art lover. Here is the IMDb http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1326733/

I'd like to see this, as what I can glean gives me conflicting ideas.

In terms of the will of a guy who's been dead for 60 years, I don't really give a shit what he wanted. Assuming the university isn't getting royally fucked, I'm all in favor of moving it and making the collection available to the public at large. Unseen art does no one any good.

If the trailer's statements about politicians wanting control of the billions in art bear out, maybe I'll change my opinion. Are they wanting to sell off parts? Who loses out from the move? Who benefits?

Guessing the doc is fairly one-sided, which is too bad.

You really have to watch it to get it but it goes into great detail how corrupt the politicians are who are trying to take his art and put it a new museaum. But the people who care about the mans wishes are trying to keep the art in it's rightful place but also be able to be seen by the public. Really it's not one sided. The guy who really started the trouble actually talks in it but most of the other bad guys refuse to talk.
