Way back when, young boys used to wear a leg brace at night to straighten the legs. I don't know if this is the current treatment or not.

After the age of 3, there isn't much to be done in terms of treatment

Now they are doing whats called an osteotomy (not sure of the spelling) essentially they break the tibia and re-align the bones correctly.

I go in for one in 6 weeks

Mine aren't super bad. Just slightly annoying when I wear skinny jeans.
