A Little Something for Johnapril

So I was cooking dinner and watching the Twilight Zone marathon on Scifi. This is a show I have loved since I was about 10, and these days these silly marathons are just about the only times it comes on.

Anyway, after the end credits rolled following a not-so-great episode, the screen went dark. I saw a familiar looking white star with a yellow border against a black background. Then a sonorous voice intoned "The Twililght Zone is brought to you by ... the United States Army."

Against my will, I had to laugh.

That's two of us, Andrew. I used to think I was pretty darned sharp... Either I'm sharp as a bowling ball or these guys are just bizarre!

For the sake of my fragile ego, I vote for the latter!

Sometimes, just sometimes, I stir my tea with a fork. It brings out the variety in life.
