i've listened to a lot of rap for about a decade now and weezy (i'm going to broaden the era) 05 to 08 was some of the best stuff produced. carter II, III, da drought series, the dedication series. a lot of quality stuff there. one liners like you've never heard. he's always pushed out mediocre and crappy shit, but a lot of hitters in there too
