Gotta bump the thread for Season 3. Annie and Britta looking hot as always.

Anyone heard rumors that this show may get cancelled? Numbers are slipping which is a damn shame, since this is the funniest show on TV right now (way better than Big Bang Theory!) Can't believe that Whitney is doing better than Community. Just hoping they can make it to at least 4 seasons.

Certainly not the funniest show on TV, but it's still pretty good (and far superior to trash like Whitney, etc).

Asian Annie vs. Regular Annie: Who'd you rather?

Last Thursday's episode was.........OKAY. But Community's standards are pretty high, so it was still probably better than anything else on TV.

As a fan from day 1, I really appreciate their attention to detail. Notice the study group table still has the axe marks from when Jeff tried to destroy it in Episode 1.

And Omar Little as the biology teacher... icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gificon_gu_b_slayer[1].gificon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

Are you serious? They got Michael K. Williams?! Please tell me they've made a Wire reference (I know Abed's mentioned the show at least once).

I don't think there have been any Wire references, but his character is an ex-con turned biology teacher. He's got an edge to him.

Agreed on the detail. I rewatch episodes just to catch things I haven't seen before. And yeah some episodes aren't as good as others, but most episodes have gave me a LOL moment and not many sitcoms can do that for me. So Community standards are definitely heads and shoulders above everyone else imho.

Yup, and Jeff was quoting a line the bio teacher (Michael Williams) had said. So I guess there is that direct reference. Also, Abed made a Wire reference in one episode a while ago, not related to Williams but the writers are obviously Wire fans.

Tonight's episode was pure gold. Community is definitely one of the smartest comedy shows ever.

I have to agree, brilliant episode! I hope regular Trobed and Evil Trobed interact in someway... Abed could at least sense that something was amiss! Oh, and:

"Umm Jeff? What does a pregnecy test look like?"
"a plastic thingy with a thingy on the end."
"ohh ok, then this is definitly a gun!"
