The tomatos in greece aren't what they used to be at many restaurants (and households). You have to go to our equivalent of farmer's markets now to buy tomatos that used to be all over the place 20 years ago. That said, a good tomato in summer with a little olive oil and salt over it and a crust of bread is HEAVEN!
