I opted for the Dark Berry color and ordered it last week. I'll post pics once I get it.

Too bad we don't have AA discounts anymore on SF but ebay still has some stuff at wholesale prices. W/ shipping the jacket came out cheaper than YQue's prices.

After continually seeing your ensembles, I take that as a serious compliment, cultpop. Can't wait to get a hold of it. It tends to get a little brisk when going out to the bars at night around San Jose so it'll be a nice addition to the KC rain jacket I normally sport.

well thank you man.

i might pop in to AA here in chicago and check that jacket out myself.

I like all these but I wouldn't wear one. I look too much like James Dean and it would look pretty tryhard IMO. The red G9 is by far the coolest IMO.

BTW, I can't find that Lee one. Is there another link? I bet Rakuten has it.

I'll take a better picture soon.

I think the AA ones are too shiny. Doesn't give it the effect the G9 would. But hey, it's cheap.

I just got a G9 in dark navy. Its very nice
post #25 of 30
Yeah, it is shiny. It's somewhat Members Only-esque but I f'ing loved it. Got several compliments about it last night. Think it'll be part of my rotation now. Where'd you pick up the G9, modual? Price?

Yea not exactly sure i believe its cotton my uncle used to have one exactly like it backi in the day.

I got the AA nylon taffeta windbreaker in red. It's awesome for the summer because it's not hot, and will protect you if it starts to drizzle a little. Wear it with my JPs, Ironhearts, and white T. I'd like to think it's James Dean inspired rather than being the exact same jacket.
