pretty cool. You might lose the roof rack until summer since I'm sure it will increase your gas usage.

Looking good. Ever think of tinting those windows?

I think it looks cool. Black rims have really grown on me.

Those look good and fit with the overall aesthetic of your car.

Who makes those wheels? Vossen?

How do you find the ride and handling now that you've moderately lowered it?

Why do you need an SUV? I might add it looks good.

Hard to carry around a dog and tailgate out of a Golf, would be my guess.

The wheels are Victor Equipment.

As for the handling - it is a little more bumpy and not as smooth. I am not taking this thing around turns or anything - It's been lowered exactly one inch.

Thanks, I have an SUV for the sole purpose of having one vehicle. I sold off my other two cars because I was not using them. This car allows me to do anything I want. I have a doberman - so he fits nicely in the back, the thing can tow my motorcycles to any race track with amazing gas mileage, all my trips in the snow, camping etc. etc.

it suits my lifestyle

An absolutely awesome engine would love to feel the torque in one!

The wheels are not my cup of tea to be honest, I think you should have gone for something chunkier and silver, perhaps gunmetal silver.

I agree with Piobaire, it looks good, but I think it would be even better with tinted windows.

Sounds like an awesome car by the way. Haven't seen any of those here in Norway, probably because of the heavy taxation on large engines.

Since you've got the black/black theme going you might as well tint the tails like the windows. Not too dark though

Congratulations on making your German mom-mobile look like an college kid's ricer. I'd say that was a lateral move, all in all.

I think all the parts (roof basket, wheels, etc.) look good together thematically. Don't see many V10 TDI Touaregs around. Does yours have the air suspension?
