There's some kind of saying about one thing spoiling a bunch of things. I forgot what it was.
But theoretically, being able to make a right on a red is a good allowance in driving rules.
But of course there are so many idiots who don't understand that a) you have to stop, like everyone else, before you can go b) NO, you don't actually have the right of way to pull out in front of oncoming (perpendicular) traffic.
God it pisses me off so bad when I'm going 50mph and some asshole pulls out right in front of me, or pulls out halfway into my lane and then stops.
