In your opinion what percentage of Australians would be holding the same view ?
And do you feel the same way about all migrants to Australia or only Indians ?

Hard to say. However polling suggests that large scale immigration has NEVER been endorsed by a majority of the population.
I would say that many Liberal Party (main Conservative-centre-right party) voters hold the view that immigration numbers should be slashed and that we should be more pro-active in stopping illegal boat arrivals. These are official Liberal party positions. The Liberal party is currently neck and neck with the governing Labour party in opinion polls.
There is also a strong argument that Australia cannot support a large population based on environmental factors - lack of water first and foremost, big city infrastructure (roads, transport, hospitals) already isn't coping. Crime and violence has increased greatly because of certain ethnic groups.
Ofcourse the media and the ethnic lobby are quick to cry racism anytime legitimate debate is brought up.
Bringing in more people will increase the price of real estate (already astronomical) due to greater demand and less supply. Congestion will get worse, every bit of greenspace, parkland will have to built up into apartments to house more people. Electricity and food prices will increase. Quality of life will take a massive plunge and never recover.
This is a nightmare scenario, i want myself and my children to avoid at all costs.
And no i don't feel that way about all migrant groups. I quite like Chinese and Koreans and have some very good Chinese friends (mass produced junk aside). However i can live without Indian and Arab muslim "mentalities and traditions".
