I think we have found a place in Gertrudis Sánchez just northeast of Centro and a couple blocks outside of the Interior Belt, 12 blocks from the Eduardo Molina stop. 3 bedrooms furnished with tv's and crucifix's. Nothing certain but Mana has a few questions he wants me to ask her and I will try hard to remember what they are by morning as I have forgotten completely within 15 minutes of ending our conversation.

edit: Haha! Reminder to hossoso--will she pick up Mana at 5:30 in the morning and can he use the kitchen as late as he wants. Alcohol, you've got nothing on me!

The deal is pretty much locked. She needs a deposit of $100 3 weeks in advance of our departure so we'll have to get that to her in the next couple of days. The neighborhood is actually Gustavo Madero near the Basilica de Guadaloupe and NE Reforma. Sorry to the people I had to turn away. I found a great 3-bedroom and got two people interested right away so I went with it.
