Duke is better than Maryland, I completely agree. Maryland is also very overrated in this year's Tournament. I just look at who Louisville has played and kept it tight with and compare that to Duke who has flourished in a weak ACC this year and I wouldn't think that Duke is in the top 3 or 5 teams in the Country for that matter.
