The vid was taken by a friend of mine. According to him that guy goes to the gym every week and does that for about an hour. My friend is trying to think of a way to get him to stop so I suggested to get the video to go viral. Pass the youtube link on if you can. Hehehehehehe.

An old guy at my gym does kung fu on the equipment. He will dance around a machine, grabbing at it and slapping at it making muffled "Kia!" noises.
