Thanks!

Found one in excellent condition in M, but the shoulders seem a little big. Almost like shoulder pads. Thoughts/opinions on fit?

Hey guys. Just go my first OL Terry shirt, the grey one from this summer. I read that it's a relaxed fit, but I went with the same size as my 1940s and 1950s shirts anyway and was slightly surprised to find that the Terry fits about a full size larger. Do you guys size down for Terry shirts or do you just rock the oversized look?

FYI - If you're new at buying OL stuff on the internet be sure to check the measurements and compare against the garments that might fit you good. Our Legacy fits all over the map which is disconcerting, but you could probably just sell the Terrycloth Shirt and buy another one - or try wearing it like an over shirt.

Thanks for the advice. Yeah I only started following OL this time last year. I'm at 6 pieces right now.  I wish all retailers would provide measurements. Guess I'll keep an eye out for the smaller size. Does sizing only vary between different fits (40s vs 50s vs classic shirt etc) or does it also change by season (2015 classic shirt vs 2016 classic etc)?

That Caliroots shop is pretty good at providing measurements for OL items, in addition to some others. (Look around.) With the exception of possible quality control issues, the shirt cuts should remain the same IME.

^^ they do differ quite a bit depending on fabric though. And some fabrics also shrink more than others...

Can anyone comment OL trainer Sizing/ quality?

I don't own but have tried on multiple versions from different seasons. Sizing was wildly inconsistent in my experience. I'm usually a 42 and would have needed 41, 42, or 43 depending on the version. Quality seemed good though maybe not quite as nice as Common Projects.
