I've been listening to a lot of minimal ambient like William Basinski and Oren Ambarchi. Deathprod too.

Also starting to work my way through the Jodorowsky ouevre.

Einsturzende Neubauten x. Jodorwosky. I also have several original vinyl pressings of such bands as Blurt and rare Brian Eno bootlegs.

I've been a fan of Phil Niblock for a long time...minimalism at its best.
Also, Charlemagne Palestine.

I quite enjoy the music of Robert Caponi.

I have tastes that only men wearing monocles can appreciate.

I've been trapped within the existential toilet swirl of FrenchMaidTV.

Voxsartoria: I don't keep up with Men's Clothing but aren't you the filthy rich asshole who tricked people in to thinking he has a modicum of wit? If so how about you go make some more self-aggrandizing missives in a thread about fabric sheets that cost more then a used car... whatever you do, stop fucking with my thread. We must maintain an air of gravity here.

Maybe I'm thinking of Iamass. Well as long as Mafoofan stays away. Dear God what an arrogant little thing.

When it comes to my choice in movies- excuse me, films- I eschew things that are awesome like explosions, fake boobs, and car chases that appeal to the base, reptilian impulses of uncultured rubes, preferring instead to watch meandering art films with extended scenes of wafish French girls staring disconsolately out of attic windows.

I can't tell if this is serious or not. I think it is, but it works better as sarcasm.

Anyone here catch Hitler - ein Film aus Deutschland, the seven hour movie with Heinz Schubert playing Zirkusdirektor, Himmler, Himmler-Puppenspieler, and Hitler, and with Hellmut Lange playing Hitlers Kammerdiener, Goebbels-Puppenspieler, and SS-Mann?

I haven't seen it since it premiered, but I suggest watching it before Peter Jackson remakes it.
