What do you mean by pretty boy? The guy in the tank looks great, but if cut he'd look just like any contemporary bodybuilder.
I do notice that even competitive bodybuilders in the 60's and 70's (including Arnold and especially Franco) didn't do alot of the stuff that contemporary bodybuilders do - on stage, 70s BBs still kept their armpit, forearm, and leg hair, their bikinis were not as skimpy, and of course the tanning was not the same.
