Countdown to Breaking Bad!!! - Page 13

Great episode - shades of an old submarine movie with the claustrophobic mania.

It was directed by Rian Johnson of Brick fame.

"There must be certain words in a certain specific order that would explain all of this."

Fucking genius.

as to breaking bad... damn the 1st season was just depressing (but in a great entertaining way)... now they are reaching soprano's territory by raising the stakes bigtime.

Not quite sure what to make of that one. A vintage BB episode where a bunch of groundwork for later twisting, contorting and then a big climax is laid I suspect....

It was a classic episode. Great humor: the only sale of meth the doofuses made were to each other; Skylar checking out Saul's diploma. Great setup with Jesse finding who killed Combo - shit's going to go down in that arena of the show. The corruption of Skylar is making me edgy - will she become an addict??

I havent seen the new episode yet. Probably gonna watch tonight. Last weeks episode was some straight filler bullshit. I get sick of that shit.

I don't see Skylar becoming an addict, but ever since she oggled that money in Walt's duffle bag, I've been waiting for her to somehow get in on the action. I didn't, however, expect her to get this involved; it certainly adds an interesting -- and dangerous -- twist to the show.

It made me nervous as well- her getting involved. Did she ever help her old boss with fudging his numbers, or did he have to figure it out himself? I can't remember.

This was a great episode though. The guy playing Jesse has been great the last 2 episodes.

holy shit what an episode, the PI is getting to be a fave...great acting when he told his story

Wild episode. I can't believe how calmly Walt executed that guy after running him down with his car.

fucking A!

HOLY SHIT, that was awesome. I knew Walt was going to come, but I thought it would be to just stop Jesse from fucking up. When he ran those gangbangers over and then shot the guy in the head, I couldn't effing believe it. Great ending to that episode.

+1 to the PI being a great character and played very well.

"GASP" I freaked when he ran them over but when he headshotted that guyI shrieked like a fucking pre-school girl getting a flu shot.

He told Jesse that Jesse isn't a killer at the bar but Walt had already crossed that threashold.

Wouldn't Gus consider it a problem if two of his guys killed an 11 year old?

BTW did anyone notice the monte carlo they had? Its an aerocoup model sold to comply with NASCAR regulations, very rare and uncommon.
